Return Authorization Policy
National Sign Systems Inc. does warrant the quality, workmanship, and order accuracy of all of our products and product orders. To that extent, National Sign Systems Inc. will process a return, at our expense, of any product returned for one of the following reasons:
- Wrong product delivered pursuant to the order.
- Product quality is defective.
National Sign Systems Inc will process a return with the understanding that the shipping arrangements and expenses are the customer’s responsibility in the followings cases:
- Customer ordered incorrectly
- Customer does not want
National Sign Systems Inc will assist in the shipping arrangements if the customer does not have access to resources at an additional expense to the customer.
National Sign Systems Inc. does not accept product returns of custom printed orders or custom order parts and equipment that are in good condition and meeting the order requirements agreed upon.
National Sign Systems Inc will handle products damaged in transit case by case. See ‘Insufficient Material Receipt’ policy for details.
In order to request a Return Authorization, please contact a National Sign Systems Inc Customer Service representative at 1-800-544-6726 to receive a Return Authorization form.
All necessary information required on the Return Authorization Form must be communicated to National Sign Systems Inc. in order for materials to be authorized for return. Any missing information may delay the expediting of the return process or negotiate any monetary credit due.
Product returns must match the original Return Material Authorization and are subject to inspection. National Sign Systems Inc reserves the right of final disposition and credit authorization of the returned materials. Restocking fees may apply to some cases. Upon acceptance by National Sign Systems Inc., the appropriate credit will be issued on the customer’s account against the original invoice.
